La maison Pagès-Vedrenne raffle (de très loin) la médaille d'or au Spirit Sélection 2015 pour son supercassis. Une belle reconnaissance pour cette maison dont l'expertise n'est plus a prouver.
Vraiment super le cassis pour le coup. Belle tenue en bouche. Belle tension sucre/alcool. Un cassis comme on en voit rarement. A l'aveugle il a largement devancé les autres cassis de sa catégorie. Well done.
